About us
A Bhusawal family, a kandap unit and a lot of chillies
Bilal Masala has been pounding masala for the kitchens of Khandesh since 1978.

Our story
It started in 1978 with Buddu Khan & Sons (1st generation), operating a traditional kandap unit in Bhusawal with a queue of neighbours waiting for their chillies to be ground. Word travelled quickly — by aroma. Soon, customers began asking for our own proprietary spice blends.
As the Khan Brothers joined to expand the business and the 3rd generation introduced advanced hygiene protocols, quality controls, and FSSAI licensing, our core family recipes remained untouched. Today, Bilal Masala has expanded beyond Jalgaon district, delivering authentic taste and purity to kitchens everywhere.
